I’ve started designing and building several custom longboards as a side project in collaboration with Adam Zonca. Our boards are made from Birch and Maple plywood (some store-bought, others custom cut from rough lumber).

Longboard Molded Blank

Our boards are glued and vacuum-pressed to a CNC-fabricated MDF mold, after which the board outline is cut by hand or with a CNC router.
